Bad Boy OEM 093-1118-98 2" Receiver for 2018-20 MZ, ZT, Maverick, Compact Outlaw

I just received this part in the mail last week. I did not realize that I was receiving a scratch and dent item. Is there anything that we can do about this? I emailed a picture of what I received, (no response). It was packaged well, and there were no paint flakes in the box, so I can only assume that this was damaged prior to being mailed to me.

Please inform your shipping department it should not be acceptable to put loose washers and nuts just in the box, especially when it has holes in the corner. I was missing a couple nuts and washers and had to go to hardware store to buy replacements.

The hitch bracket fit my ZT Avenger 2022 perfectly. I would highly recommend you get one of these for your BadBoy.

Fits my Magnum MZ perfectly. Here is a tip: loosen the 4 nuts(14mm I believe) holding the rear engine surround. This will allow you to slide the rear engine protector forward or backwards, to fit your hitch correctly. I keep seeing people say they needed to use spacers. But you should not have to if you adjust the engine surround that has "Bad boy" cut out of the metal. I got this to upgrade from the normal pin or ball style hitch. This reciever is much sturdier, but it is a bit loose on my 2" hitches and sprayer base.

Bubble wrap just on bottom of box, instead of wrapping part in it. One bolt and and one nut was not attached to part. Chipped paint on part. One washer missing.

I bought one from another company who must have sent the wrong part. I ordered from Sherwood Tractor and it was exactly what I needed. I wish I would have found them sooner.

The part had a little gap and didn’t appear to fit until you tighten it up. After that, can’t even tell. Better pricing, fast shipping and the part had the paint to match the mower. Thanks guys!
